College: Johnson played beach volleyball at Stetson. In her first year she went 5-7 on courts four and five before the year was cut short due to COVID. The next season she went 23-9 on courts two and three with Shae Henson, with 10 wins over ranked opponents.
Personal: Johnson has an older brother, Chase, who plays volleyball at the University of Charleston. Johnson, who was born in April 2001, was a four-year starter indoors in high school, and finished her career with over 1,200 kills and 1,100 digs. As a senior she led her team to a 22-6 record and a 2A state title and was named the State Championship MVP.
